VENDOR SIGN UP

We invite you to participate in our 2nd Annual “I AM” Community Yoga & Wellness Festival on Sunday, August 25 at 10am-3pm at the beautiful Running Hare Vineyard in Prince Frederick, MD. You are receiving this email because you were a vendor last year or a potential vendor for this year.  Last year was a great success,  a great turn out and really fun day.  We hope you will share this day with us again or join us this year.  We are so excited to bring this day to our community and very grateful we get to share it with you.

If you are a Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher or participating in the line up of classes for the day I will have the line up of classes prepared with your allocated time slot once I get a confirmation you will be participating. The time slot will be 30 minutes so attendees can get a demo of your class.  Please register soon so we can plan the day accordingly and start marketing your time slot. 
 
Attached you will find a Vendor Agreement Checklist, Vendor Agreement & Waiver and a complimentary Event Day Checklist.  The Vendor Agreement Checklist will provide you with information that we will need from you in order to begin marketing your business. The Vendor Agreement & Waiver must be returned with the Agreement Checklist. The Event Day Checklist is just a helpful checklist to help you prepare for this day.
