Class descriptions & registration

 

Monday

5:00pm – Mellow Monday Yoga (RH) – This meditation and gentle yoga practice will help create spaciousness in the body and mind by helping calm the nervous system. You will be sure to end your day in healing, mellow spirits.

 

Wednesday 

9:00am Flow & Restorative(VC) –  Warm the body up with a gentle, yet invigorating yoga flow, ending your practice with relaxing restorative postures.  This yoga combo is to promote rejuvenation and balance within.  

  

Thursday

9:15am – Yoga for You (RH) – This class is designed for everyone: explore yoga poses, move through yoga sequences to create strength and flexibility, learn breathing techniques and meditation. This is a fun exploration of yoga and the nourishment to mind, body and spirit!

 

4:45pm – Gentle Yoga & Restorative (VC)–  This class is a Gentle Yoga practice using breath and movement to relieve tension and stress, ending with restorative postures to calm the nervous system, creating relaxation and peacefulness.


Saturday

 8:30am – Beginners Yoga/Yoga 101 (VC)  Perfect for brand new students, as well as those looking for a refresher in the ideas and basic elements of the practice, Yoga for Beginners is a great opportunity for safe, guided movement, as well as space for questions and discussion. Classes will focus on basic movement and postures, body awareness and alignment, and how to begin to nurture a mind-body connection.
